Data is deleted once your inquiry has been resolved and there is no legal obligation to retain it.
6. Microsoft 365
For internal communication and business operations we use Microsoft 365, provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Microsoft may process personal data as a data processor on our behalf. We have a Data Processing Agreement in place with Microsoft in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Contact form submissions are routed through Gmail, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
